This book will teach you how to coach yourself and your children. You'll learn how to quickly coach yourself in the middle of your parenting situations. As a result, you'll be able to find effective solutions for you and your family just when you need them. You'll also learn how to choose parenting words and actions that express your own values, beliefs, and ideas. That way you will be able to do all those things that you feel are most important in your parenting on an everyday basis. And, you'll learn how to coach your children. You'll learn how to use a set of 10 positive and empowering coaching skills so that you'll not only always have something positive to say and do, but you'll bring out the best in your children in the process.
The book described above plus the complete Certified Parent Program course on 5 audio CDs. You get to listen in as I teach the Certified Parent Program to a group of parents. Not only will you hear me teach the tools and skills in the book, you'll listen as we apply them to each parent's specific situations, you'll hear their questions and my responses, and you'll hear how coaching skills are making huge differences in each parent's daily life.
