Welcome, my dear Friend, you have come SO
FAR!
Do NOT despair! Right now, you can receive hope, peace, and
joy for eternity!
God has a question for you: Do you KNOW how to remove all guilt from your
life, His way?
Are you 100% sure your sin is forgiven;
that you will go to Heaven when you die?
Jesus said to Nicodemus, "Ye must be
born again." (John 3:7)
As an earnest person, as an honest
person you will ask HOW?
You must admit these things to God …
…that you
are a sinner. "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of
God." (Romans 3:23).
…that
you are condemned to death. "For the wages [payment] of sin is
death." (Romans 6:23). …including eternal separation from God in
Hell, of which God speaks in Luke and Revelation. "...it is appointed unto
men once to die, but after this the judgment." (Hebrews 9:27).
…that
God loves you so much that He gave His only begotten [physically conceived and born]
Son, Jesus Christ, to bear your sin and die in your place… as evidenced
in Isaiah 9:6, Isaiah 53, John 1-3, and 1 John 1.
…that
"...He [God] hath made Him [Jesus, who never sinned] to be sin for us...
that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him." (2 Corinthians
5:21).
…that you
need to take God at His word then He says, "For the life of the flesh is
in the blood." (Leviticus 17:11). "...without the shedding of blood
is no remission. [forgiveness]" (Hebrews 9:22). The Scripture says,
"...God commendeth [commits] His love toward us, in that, while we were
yet sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8).
…that you
will now trust it, because God can not lie (Titus 1:2).
…that,
"...God...commandeth all men everywhere to repent." (Acts 17:30). This
repentance is to change YOUR mind to say that YOU agree with God that you ARE a
sinner, and also that you agree with what Jesus Christ did for you by shedding
His blood FOR YOU on the cross at Calvary.
…that THE
solution to being lost in sin is summed up in Acts 16:30-31, where a man asked
jailed preachers, ...”Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” to which they quickly replied, “believe
on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved...."
…that
God’s salvation is not by our works, but by His finished work in Christ.
(Ephesians 2:8-10)
…that by
believing these things and accepting them in place of all other feelings,
thoughts, philosophies, or religions to which you may have been accustomed, YOU
ARE NOW SET FREE!!! Glory to GOD in the
highest, for now His good will toward YOU is manisfested by your faith.
The Lord Jesus Christ is THE ONLY ONE who
bore YOUR sin, died in YOUR place, was buried to put away YOUR sins forever,
and whom God resurrected to declare you free from guilt, to guarantee you a
home with Him in Heaven. His complete bodily resurrection from the dead
powerfully assures that YOU, the believer, can claim eternal life because YOU
HAVE truly believed and received Jesus Christ BY FAITH ALONE as YOUR own
Savior.
"But as many as received Him
[Jesus Christ], to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them
that believe on His name." (John 1:12). "For whosoever shall call
upon the name of the Lord [Jesus Christ] shall be saved." (Romans 10:13). THIS INCLUDES YOU! with an ABSOLUTE GUARANTEE
TO YOU from God.
No matter what you have done in your
past!!!! GOD WANTS TO SAVE YOU!! Think
you’re too bad to be saved? The
Apostle Paul (as Saul of Tarsus) killed Christians before he got saved! As you read God’s Word, it says that
Paul finally got saved and gave his life to the Lord Jesus Christ, and called
himself “chiefest of sinners.”
But, on the other hand, IF you think you are good, or live a sinless
life, or haven’t sinned enough for God to be concerned, PLEASE think
again! Satan has you fooled! God says,
"As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none
that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out
of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good,
no, not one." (Romans 3:10-12).
Surely you know in your heart that you are
a sinner. You are not God nor sinless
like God. Before it is too late, PLEASE,
wherever you are, repent of your sin [tell God that He is right and perfect and
that you are not; tell Him that you admit that you deserve Hell's torments for
your sin]. Pray to God to save you from everlasting punishment so you can serve
God in truth and live with Him forever in the glory of His presence. Believe
that He is doing that very thing even as you speak with Him. Accept and receive His blessed forgiveness
that He has already designated for YOU alone, because He knew that YOU would
need it, right now, today, this very moment.
Jesus, who is God, and therefore was
always with God, unified and equal in and with the Father and the Holy Spirit
(Holy Ghost) as one Being [Genesis 3, Isaiah 6:9, + John 1], wants you to trust
Him and ONLY Him for the wonderful salvation He freely offers to you. He is
waiting right now to hear your simple honest prayer. See Luke 18:13 for how one sinner prayed:
"God be merciful to me a sinner. " God wants you to mean what you
say. It is not magic words, for God looks on your heart and judges whether you
really mean business with Him or not.
"Oh, God I know that I am a
sinner. I believe You, that Jesus came
as God in the flesh to shed His sinless blood in my place on Calvary's cross. I
believe and now trust that Jesus is my ONLY hope. I believe Jesus came
"...to seek and to save..." me.
I believe Jesus' blood, His death, His burial, and His resurrection were
in my place and done for me so I now can have eternal life with you, my Father
in Heaven."
"Dear God, I now receive Jesus Christ
as my Savior and trust Him at His Word to be my Savior forever. I thank you for giving me your gift of
repentance, your gift of salvation, your gift of everlasting life, and your
gift of the Holy Spirit to live in me and to guide me forever. Thank you for saving me and for your promise
to keep me in your salvation forever, so that no one can take it away and so
that I can not lose it. In Jesus name I
accept all these wonderful things you have promised to me. Amen."
If you have truly done these things and
believed as He said, then your eternal destiny has been sealed by the Holy Spirit
and neither you nor any other man nor the devil himself can break you out of
God’s loving holy seal and protection.
Having done those things, you have accepted God's plan of salvation
for any and every lost soul, who must be saved as you have been.
Now you are ordained, as Jesus Christ
commanded at the end of the Gospel of Matthew, to share that same precious
message with those around you. These are
the essential elements that the lost soul needs to recognize and admit to God:
1. each of us sin personally because each
of us is a sinner by nature. Until we
accept Christ we remain guilty;
2. what each sinner earns personally because of our own sin is death and Hell's
torment;
3. Jesus came as God in the flesh to take all our punishment for sin, to shed
His innocent blood and die in each of our places on the cross, to pay the full
price for each of our sins, forever;
4. each of us needs to personally accept and believe that He has fully
accomplished these things for our own life and salvation;
5. each of us is required of God to personally ask God's forgiveness and accept
His salvation from sin…AND to THANK Him for it! (See the great warning about thankfullness to
God that permeates Romans chapter 1.)
God promises that if you or I or anyone
else believe on and call upon the Lord Jesus Christ as our personal, crucified,
buried, and risen Savior and God, we, personally, then and there AT THAT VERY
INSTANT receive forgiveness of all our sins and receive His precious gift of
eternal salvation, eternal life with Him by faith, including His Holy Spirit
indwelling us. "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he
that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them
that diligently seek him" (Hebrews 11:6).
God's Word shows us that it is simply by
faith that all these things are accomplished and resolved in the eyes of
God. Ask God to reveal to you HIS TRUTH
about these issues, "For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the
whole world, and lose his own soul?" (Mark 8:36).
Remember God's power in Christ:
"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God
is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but
will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear
it." (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Feelings change, but God's promises in the Bible never change.
Once you’re saved practice your
faith hourly and daily so you will grow and have better fellowship with God:
1. Pray to God in Jesus name: this is how you can talk directly to God from
your own heart;
2. Read your Bible: this is how you learn to let God speak to you from His
Word;
3. Tell others about God’s plan and how the Lord is changing you: this is
how God helps us to share Him. "Be not thou therefore ashamed of the
testimony of our Lord..." (2 Timothy 1:8). "Whosoever therefore shall
confess [one’s faith in] me [Jesus] before men, him will I confess also
before My Father which is in Heaven." (Matthew 10:32).
Once you are saved God says He wants you
to be baptized by immersion "...in the name of the Father, and of the Son,
and of the Holy Ghost" (Matthew 28:19-20) as a public testimony that you
truly and finally have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ as your own and ONLY
Savior, AND as your ONLY hope of salvation. God then wants you to unite with a
local Bible-believing church as soon as possible to help you grow, and so you
can encourage other believers. YES! YOU have gifts and talents that God plans to
use in the body of Christ, His church.
The
Good Lord shall bless you as you seek Him and walk with Him!
