terms & policies

The following are the policies and terms of remuneration for chc associates. Some components may be discussed during contract negotiations. Terms are standard to all contracts and agreements for late payment and penalty and are subject to change at the discretion of management.

chc associates casting and services does not represent talent and supports "zero tolerance" for agents who represent themselves as Casting Directors, Associates, or Personnel.

CASTING:

FILM/TV: (three day+ rate minimum required) We will consider your casting needs but require a finished script for perusal first, a tentative schedule, and a "ballpark" of your Casting budget and actor salary ranges.

PRINT: (two day rate minimum required) Logistics, tentative schedule, and "ballpark" of your Casting budget and model salary ranges.

THEATRE: (three day rate minimum required)

Consultation and/or Adjudication: please call for more information

Other venues: (rate minimum required) call for more information.

All professional areas require salary + expenses + fees + travel + per diem and are negotiable.

ARTISTIC DIRECTION and PRODUCTION:

MAKE-UP and HAIR SERVICES: Salary + fees + travel + per diem. Call for more information.

PRODUCTION SERVICES and COORDINATION: call for more information

PERSONAL SERVICES: Decorators (ASID/Certified) rates begin at $225.00 an hour or consultation packages available. Designers: Rates begin at $225.00 an hour or consultation packages or per job rates available.

Administrative: $75.00-$150.00 per hour depending on need, consultation and per job rates available. All other professional services, please contact us for more information. Educational (ConED): Day rates + expenses are negotiable and begin at industry standard. Public Speaking: Day rates + expenses are negotiable. A 20% agency fee will be added to all contract/invoices for personal and administrative services. Please call for more information.

All UNION (SAG, AFTRA, AEA, SEG, IATSE, DGA, WGA, et.al.) projects are subject to the governing union and current rates (or higher) apply.

Remuneration terms and conditions:

chc associates terms: 50% of contracted and/or agreed salary + per diem (if negotiated) in advance. The remaining balance, all expenses, and reimbursements are due on "wrap day" or last day of production. Guarantees are mandatory on all contracts should the production be cancelled before completion. Should project cancel before production (mandatory 72 hour notice required), a 40% remuneration of original agreed salary will be due on demand. chc associates will attach all reports with invoices which will revolve on net 30 terms. Overdue balances are subject to a $150.00 reconciliation fee in addition to a 2.5% monthly late fee on all outstanding balances. These terms are subject to change at the discretion of the Board.
