Indira was christened Judith Ann Parsons by her Baptist
parents and raised in the rural countryside of upstate New York, nestled between the famed spiritualist village of Lily Dale
and the renowned cultural center of Chautauqua Institute.
A natural born empath gifted with intuitive abilities, her earliest memories are of searching for God, a search that led
her to explore many religions, to yoga, to fasting, to vegetarianism, to hope, to despair, and to India. On the first of many
sojourns throughout India, she was given the name Indira by the spiritual master of an ashram where she lived and practiced
meditation. He told her it was a beautiful name, and she chose to keep it.
She studied with various spiritual teachers and was drawn to the philosophies of Advaita, Vedanta, and Kashmir Shavism.
She obtained her masters in clinical social work.
Her life and career began to transform following a near-death experience in 1981 when she encountered the absolute Light
of love, wisdom, and compassion. Angels and beings of light arrived to guide and protect her. She chose to go to the Light
but was sent back to her life on earth.
Indira now offers individual sessions and seminars in both the USA and Europe. She is the author of "The Clear and Simple
Way" in English, ("Der klare und einfache Weg" in German).
Indira's work combines both western and eastern philosophies, her professional graduate studies, empathic gifts, and most
importantly, the love, compassion, and wisdom the Light and the angels have bestowed upon her. Enjoy!
