Payment:
Check, cash, or money order in US Dollars only. (Please don't mail cash.) I accept Paypal. After you contact
me about size and availability, I will email you a Paypal invoice. E-checks seem to take longer.
If payment is made by check, your item will be shipped
when your payment has cleared the bank. Once an auction has ended, or your order is received, I will provide you with a total
cost to you which will include shipping costs.
Shipping: I ship to the US and Canada. Please contact me for shipping rates to Canada. I have also shipped to England
and Australia.
Your shipping costs reflect actual cost of shipping to
get your product to you. I do not charge a handling fee.
Shipping is by USPS
Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. The current shipping cost is $4.95 for one or two jackets sent to the same address. Insurance
is available at an additional cost.
Shipping can be combined for multiple items. Priority mail
is the standard for shipping your items to you. I will also ship first class to addresses in PA-DE-MD-NJ-- or if the
arrival time is of absolutely no concern to you. I recommend Priority for shipments to California. If you would
prefer another method of shipping, please let me know and I will check on it. Your shipping costs will reflect the costs I
incur to ship using your method from Delaware.
How long will my order take?
The time required for me to complete your order can vary depending on other orders received prior to your order and the time
of year. There may be other reasons as well. I am a one-person shop and I do have a day job! Please be patient if
there is a back-log of orders. That said, if you are ordering the jacket as a birthday or holiday gift, want to have it in
time for a special event or parade, or have a new greyhound who is naked, please tell me this when you order-- even
if it seems you are ordering the jacket greatly in advance. This helps me to arrange my sewing schedule to make sure that
you everyone receives their jackets in a appropriate time frame. I consider it an honor to clothe your greyhound
and appreciate your orders.
Return and Problems Policy:
I strive to make the best quality product for your canine athlete possible. If there is a problem with the fit of the jacket,
please contact me and we will find a way to resolve the issue. Also, my jackets are designed and sewn to last,
using quality materials. But, they are not indestructible, nor were they designed for continuous outdoor
use. Wear and tear are a part of life.

Custom work: Have a
special project in mind? Please contact me at carol@greyhoundfleecejackets.com I have: added turtleneck-style collars, added neck trim, made different lengths, and made
jackets of fleece selected by you (the customer). I can also make double-layer jackets (may not be available for
all prints-please ask). These projects may take longer to complete, so please allow extra time!
