The following is a list of Specs and Fees for parts and assemblies as described:

All items are built using Solid Honduran Mahogany dimensioned stock, and Marine Grade "Ribbon Stripe" Honduran Mahogany plywood. Fasteners are Stainless screws, unless exposed, and then will be bronze fasteners as specified. Adhesives are polyurethane-based ("Gorilla Glue") waterproof glue.

Items will be finished with six (6) coats of Epiphanes "Golden" Spar Varnish.

*These items are based upon existing 1963 dimensions, (my boat), as well as subsequent 1964/1965 upgrades of published Boston Whaler specifications, of the original Nauset/Eastport/Sakonnet, 16’7" models, produced from 1961 - 1972. The specs vary over the years...my dimensions will not.

1> Solid Honduran Mahogany Windshield- Mitered and assembled as made in 1963. Laminated glass with new gasket material. $750

2> Mahogany Plywood Upper Console - Assembled with Solid Honduran Mahogany Stile and Rail components and 1/2" Honduran Mahogany "Ribbon Stripe" ply. $1200

3>Mahogany Plywood Lower Console - Assembled with Solid Honduran Mahogany Stile and Rail components and 1/2" Honduran Mahogany "Ribbon Stripe" ply. Complete with cleats and SS screws and finish washers. $600

4>Mahogany Non Reversible Pilot Seat- Assembled with 1" Honduran Mahogany "Ribbon Stripe" marine grade plywood and solid Honduran Mahogany complements. Complete with cleats and SS screws and finish washers. $600

5> Mahogany Front Bench- Assembled with 3/4" Honduran Mahogany "Ribbon Stripe" marine grade plywood and solid Honduran Mahogany complements. Front bench can be assembled as unitary to Lower Console assembly or as separate item if Sakonnet platform option is desirable. $400

a> * The 1963 Upper Console had a solid 3/4" Mahogany dash panel with no separate mounting panels for instruments, etc.
