The bibliography is organized alphabetically by subject and is also accessible by broad categories, as noted on the bibliography main page.  Titles appear under only one subject heading.  In addition to the primary subject headings (listed below), there may also be a sub-heading as delineated in the following table.  These sub-headings are not subjects in the usual sense, but are used to indicate the book’s format, focus, or approach.  The primary subject headings are given in the left margin of the bibliography in all capital letters, while the sub-headings are in initial capital – lower case form, as:
