Treasurer’s
report: National is still 8 months
behind in rebates to Connecticut Judo Incorporated for memberships.
Hatashita Inc mixed two orders and the $31.95 not Connecticut Judo Incorporated
expense has been repaid. We lost $114.78 (After repayment) but that was without
our major ($500) supporter and a loss on the Celita Schutz Clinic. Our net
worth has grown in an amount almost equal to our loss.
Motion
to accept: Rick, second Larry PASSED
OLD
Business:
Eliminating
bank fees was suggested by Jim Williamson and our bank basically said no due to
our small daily average balance.
To
change banks and then officers seemed to ask for problems so it was tabled. We
will revisit this if we can find another state-wide bank that will not charge
fees.
New
Business: Larry announced the passing
of Virgil Bowles after a lifelong dedication
to Judo.
Voting
for officers
No
new Nominees were placed on the ballot so the vote was to re-elect the slate of
officers as they exist.
Motion
to accept Larry seconded Fred PASSED
Motion to adjourn Larry second Rick PASSED
