Any Connecticut Judo club may charter with CJI. 

There is an annual fee of $30 payable to "C.J.I."at the time of the request. 

The period of charter is from September 1st to August 31 the next year.

The number of U.S.J.I. registered members in the club 
determines the voting rights at the semi-annual meeting. 


1-4               no vote
5-9               one vote
10-14             Two votes
15-19             Three votes
20 up             Four votes 

Delegates must be 18 years old and be listed on the club charter form.
Forms must be on file 0 days prior to any vote.
