Wrestlers participating in tournaments from December through March, must have an AAU card, which costs either $12.00 or $14.00 (Depends on the level of insurance selected).  Participation in tournaments from March through May requires purchase of an USA Wrestling card for $25.00.   Each tournament will have a separate entry fee of approximately $8.00 to $12.00.

The use of headgear is strongly encouraged, but not always required.   Singlets are optional, but preferred for tournament participation.
