On the Greene

Provision

...we have the ability to provide. It is a matter of choice. And focus.

It is a matter of love rather than fear. It is a matter of honor for all things, both the living and the so-called non-living. It is about an open heart and a cessation of judgment. It is about acceptance and flow and passing through and not getting stuck. It is about choice.

It is about not being perfect and keeping the hand moving across the page no matter what comes out, just as we must continue with existence across the pages of our Lives.

It is about not needing trauma to learn of our humanity, the blessed divinity of our humanity. It is about caring for those that have been traumatized, and continue to be traumatized, without judgment about where we think they should be or how we think they should heal.

It is about suspending judgment about ourselves as much as others.

It is about the collective responsibility that comes with knowing we are all connected, in all ways. It is about joy and playfulness and humor. It is about love. It is about going on, for the sheer pleasure of the unknown unfolding.

It is about seeing change as gifts. It is about continuing with each step in the certainty of our immortality. It is about not having to understand in order to come from a place of honor and respect.

It is about climbing upward only to realize the journey was not a vertical struggle after all.
