VacMaster 1.0® - A New Vacuum Engineering And Calculation Software
VacMaster 1.0® is a new software for vacuum chambers calculating and engineering.
I've developed it specially for engineers who are perhaps not an experts in vacuum engineering but
sometimes or very often need to make some vacuum devices or just to evaluate their vacuum systems
performance. Now you can do it very fast with VacMaster 1.0®!
VacMaster 1.0® is a master-style software. You must just follow its prompts and
step by step input the data of your system to be designed - dimensional ones and your pumps parameters.
VacMaster 1.0® has the following main advantages:
- It allows to calculate pumping process for practically any chambers - bell jar, cylindrical,
box, sphere and with arbitrary shape ones;
- It takes into account the chamber material outgassing rates - you can choose from stainless
steel, steel, aluminum alloy, and pyrex ones;
- It calculates the rough pumping and high vacuum pumping modes separately taking into
account the viscous, molecular and transition ranges of gas flow for each element of vacuum
system;
- You can choose the pumps from a big enough lists of brand names pumps (mechanical, Roots, Roots
pumping system, turbomolecular, diffusion, cryo pumps) or enter the data of your own pump;
- You can select the vacuum elements to be installed between high vacuum pump and vacuum chamber to
be pumped down as a set of any elements from the following list: elbow, high vacuum gate valve,
conductance controller, buffle, and three nipples;
- VacMaster 1.0® allows to take into account the gas load. It is very important for any
ion or plasma processes engineering;
- VacMaster 1.0® gives alerts in cases you input wrong data or when
the calculated system may work in dangerous modes.
