    SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

    30 years of industrial experience with optical materials and technologies, vacuum coatings deposition, ion-beam and plasma technologies. My experience and knowledge include but not limited:

    My most important developments and achievements are the following:

    I can work as single as in team but prefer teamwork. I have organization skills, the ability to work without supervision and a flexibility to work overtime.

    I have about 30 publications including patents, technical reports, and messages at the science-technical conferences in USSR, Russia. I have been awarded the Medal of the USSR Exhibition of National Economy Achievements in 1982. SPIE and AVS member.
