Softbank Venture Capital is one of the leading VC firms in the computer industry, sponsoring many of the Silicon Valley and San Francisco Bay Area startups, as well as helping existing companies meet their needs. About Us section detail Heidi Roizen, Principal Managing Director of SBVC, charged me with creating a site that would focus on her company being "internet builders". I created a whole theme of construction and building processes in typefaces, colors and photographs to go with her idea. I also captured her sense of humor in some of the shots, especially in the "About Us" section's accompanying photograph.
