The Seller relinquishes unto the Buyer all rights and privileges to the soul with which the Seller was born, for all time and eternity.
The Seller swears that, prior to this sale, the Seller had full and unrestricted rights to the Seller’s soul and that no prior claim, easement, restriction, or covenant had been placed upon it. The Seller fully understands the consequences of this act and proceeds willingly and cognizant of the irrevocable nature of this sale.
In exchange for the Seller’s soul, the Buyer grants the Seller a lifetime nonexclusive nontransferable license to create and sell derived works from this contract.
