WOOT! Closed on Glenview this morning. Took home a big check. Got rid of two mortgages today. It will be a day long remembered. Went to Andrea's for dinner and had the large prime rib...wow...it's like heaven on a plate. |

Get this BS. The inspector found nothing wrong with the inside of the house. So, his reports says I have to PAINT OR STAIN the cedar trim on the exterior of the house and paint the eaves where the vines clung to. Gee...the house will be much SAFER with those two things done, won't it? What a racket.
