Mission
Founded
in
1985, Chorus Angelorum is dedicated to presenting the
world’s great sacred choral works spanning the
Renaissance through the 20th century.
Its board and members are committed to the belief
that studying, performing, and experiencing the
creations of the great composers dynamically and
positively affects the quality of life in the community.
Toward this pursuit, Chorus
Angelorum strives:

To
achieve the highest artistic and professional
standards in its concerts;

To present choral and
orchestral masterworks in the acoustical and
architectural settings for which they were intended;

To
foster cultural and intellectual growth for
residents of northwest Indiana and nearby Illinois
communities by presenting the concerts free of
charge, thereby eliminating one of the greatest
barriers to accessibility;

To further the
growth of choral members through increasing
standards of performance excellence.
