Guacamole

Ingredients:
2t – white onion, chop fine
2 – Chile Serrano, chop fine (opt)
2T – chopped cilantro
Pinch sea (kosher) salt
3 – Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced
2 – Roma tomatoes, chopped
Juice from ½ lime
Garnish
2T – chopped white onion
2T – chopped cilantro
2T – chopped tomato
- Place the onion, chile, cilantro and salt into a blender/mortar and blend/pound into a paste.
- Rough chop the avocadoes and add them into the mortar.
- Mash the avocadoes until your consistency (creamy or chunky) has been reached.
- Sprinkle garnish over the top and serve with fresh tortilla chips.
