Cheshire Petits Bassets Griffons Vendeens

I met my first Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen in 1987 and was immediately smitten. I followed their move from the Miscellaneous Class to full admission in the Hound Group, and attended my first PBGVCA National Specialty in 1997. In 2000, with the help of Helen Ingher of Charlen PBGV we purchased our first Petit, "Moby" from Jennie Wright.

Giselle completed her Championship at the Mid-Florida KC show in June 2007. Her second litter was born Jan. 10, 2008; 3 girls and 1 boy.

Benji - Ch. Charlen's Cheshire L'Etoile - finished his Championship in May 2005 at the Badger KC in Madison, WI. He is by Le Petit Balou Joufflu out of Charlen's Walking in Rythm and is co-owned with Vickie Fales and Helen Ingher. His breeders are Pat Corsiatto and Charles & Helen Ingher.

Ch. Mirepoix's Cheshire L'Etoile

Chester is now an Australian & American Champion. He made Australian breed history by winning four Hound Group Firsts with his new owner Robin Wallis of Rokeena Kennels to gain his Australian Championship. He is by Ch. Omaley des Marais de la Dives out of Ch. Charlen's Debut de Mirepoix and was bred by Jan Zigich & Ross Litman.

Our first PBGV; "Moby" is now Ch. Petit Time L'Etoile du Nord. He was sired by Magnifique de fin Renard out of Ch. Petit Time ZaZu de Bocour, whelped 11/06/2000 and bred by Jennie Wright.
