Help!
Don't know what to do?
Did you read the instructions?
You will probably save time if you go back and read the instructions carefully.
How to work
Print the lesson:
It will be much easier for you to work if you have the instructions
printed as you follow the links.
Use paper and pencil:
As you read or listen to the sources, take notes on some scrap paper.
This will help you focus your attention and have the necessary references
when you have to produce your reports.
Use the "Back" button:
Every time you click on a link that takes you to a site or page other
than the ones that start http://home.earthlink.net/~chepibe/... use the
back navigation button at the top left corner of your screen. Note
that some links not only take you to new sites, but also open a new window,
in which case you will not be able to use the back button. In such
a case, close the window open in that instance. In this way, you
will find yourself in the previous page.
Sound
Record your sound source:
If possible, arrange to record the sound file on a tape. In this
way, you will be able to listen to it again even if the network connection
is temporarily unavailable. To do so, you need to buy a cable like
the one you use to connect your speaker to the computer and a spliter,
for you to be able to connect your tape recorder and the speakers to the
computer at the same time. Use the computer's output jack to connect
the tape recorder, and the speakers to monitor the sound's production and
quality.
Presentation
References to your boss,
your friend and the like are
links to the teacher, to whom you will be sending your reports and addressing
your questions.
