Appointments are
scheduled at your convenience and based on availability; we will make our
best effort to accomodate you. Please arrive on time for your appoinment as
this time is reserved exclusively for you. If you must cancel your appointment,
please kindly notify our office 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Insurance
We
currently are in-network with and accept most insurance providers. Please
call our office at 919-469-3669 to confirm insurance benefits. Also,
please keep us informed of any insurance changes such as policy name, insurance
company address, or change of employment status.
As a courtesy to our patients, we file insurance claims on your behalf in addition to estimating your cost of treatment. However, there is no guarantee your insurance will cover what we have estimated and you are ultimately responsible for payment.

Methods
Just as our treatment plans are highly individualized, our financial agreements
are as well. For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options and
we will work with you on a plan to suit your individual needs.
We accept cash,
check, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and debit cards which have the Visa or MasterCard
emblem. As a service to our patients, we also offer CareCredit
Healthcare Financing, the nation's leading patient payment program.
With CareCredit, you may receive dental treatment immediately and then pay
for it in possibly interest-free installments that can fit into your budget.
