We are excited to add some new chefs and classes to our programs at Let's Cook Culinary Studio.  On May 14, Katherine Shavo,MS,RDN,LD will be hosting a hands on class.  Katherine specializes in nutritional consultation . Tell your friends and make it a healthy date night.  Something real exicitng for the studio is we are bringing you a great kids cooking program called "Healthy Hands Cooking" www.healthyhandscooking.com.  This is the brain child of Jan Walker Pinnington.  Jan is from the Greater Columbia area and has annouced this program nation wide.  Go to their website for more details.  Jan will host a 4 day class for kids this summer at Let's Cook! ( June 24th thru 27th)  Look for other healthy hands classes to be posted soon. .Facebook. The may Calendar is filling in great with Tapas Fridays on May 3rd and Couples cooking class for May 10th , 17th and 24th.

Do you like Beaufort Stew? Or would you liked to learn how to make it?  Join us for "Eye on Food with Chef Larry Platt, May15th for a Hands on steam pot class.  Regiatration is $40 class starts at 6:15pm

We are teaming up with the Emerald Ball Room May 17th for a Argentine class and yes! Can you Say Tango?  Some special guest will be visiting our class. Also, look for a special evening during the summer we are planning a Miami "Salsa" night with food and dancing at the Emerald Ballroom. Details will follow soon.  Another great class during the  summer will be our Annual Bastille Day on July 14th.  "Get your French On!  To round out the month on Tuesday May 28th we will host our monthly Wild Women Class. We will have a Jockey Person to Person Rep showing spring clothes. If you are not familar with Jockey Person to Person, there will be information on how to purchase clothes as well as get involve in a new business opportunity that can keep you in great apparel throughout the year. We are looking for local business ladies to host a evening. If you own a business and would like to get in front of other ladies with your services and products  this is a great opportunity.

Upcoming this Summer is our Neighborhood Contest.  Simply book a private class for your neighborhood ( minium 10) and get a chance to win a private dinner in your neighborhood for 50.  We are now reserving dates for the summer. The contest runs Memorial day to Labor Day 2013. This year we are adding a twist to the contest and will draw two winning neighborhoods that will have a cook-off to decide the winning neighborhood. 

Boy we have alot of information I almost forgot to mention our weekly  "Let's Cook Culinary Studio Facebook Contest"  You post a picture from one of your classes, Tag the studio. listed as Lets Cook Chef John and get the most likes and we will invite you to the studio for a complimentary class.  Get your friends involve and ask them to like your pictures.We want to see alot of pictures.
