Chef Militello will review 4 regional dishes have a slide presentation. Information about the culinary tour will be available
as well as future trips. Some of the participants of this years trip will be present to share their stories.Please attend
if you would like to go on the next tour. Registration for class is $35 and the class starts at 6:15pm
November 6th Dim Sum . We are offering demo class on making the chinese small bite items
called Dim Sum. Menu TBA. Class starts at 6:15pm and registation is $35

A classic Italian eggplant dish sweetened with caramelized onions and
raisins gets its rich flavor from a surprising ingredient: grated milk chocolate
Mixed Greens with Cranberries and
Baby greens with orange segments,
dried cranberries, goat cheese and cocoa nibs all tossed with citrus vinaigrette.
Thigh meat roasted
in a rich chili sauce and finished with velvety dark Venezuelan chocolate. A quick and easy authentic Venezuelan dish served
with rice and beans.
Butternut Squash Soup with Grilled
White Chocolate is added to
this fall and winter soup to add depth and warmth. The spicy shrimp compliment the sweet soup to complete the balance

This class will be a demonstration class and we will have you out by 7:30pm to enjoy the festival. Registration $20
