For class registration, please send us an e-mail and state the class you would like to attend. Include a cell number to act as your confirmation number. 

Registration Policy: We offer a honor system when signing up for classes. If for some reason you can not make a class, please allow us a 48-hour notice. For parties of 3 or more please call in a credit card to hold your registration. If someone in your group cancels or does not show up your card will be charged.All private classes require a $125 deposit to hold a date. 

Gift Certificates are available for classes.  If you are from out of town you can call the studio directly (803.348.5874) and we will be happy to put a certificate in the mail to you. Want to stop by the studio? We are open during all scheduled classes or simply call and let us know when you would like to stop in.

Concerned about the night's menu? Don't worry - your tray can be altered for special dietary needs or preferences.

April 4th Tapas Friday  join us for our famous Tapas Evening.  Bring a friend and a bottle of wine and watch and learn some small plate recipes prepared in front of you. Recipes an ingredients will be reviewed as each item is prepared. 6:30 start Registration $35

  • Gazpacho
  • Sausage and egg strata
  • Vegetable Spring Roll
  • Shrimp and Okra Gumbo
  • Grilled chicken Kati Roll
  • Chocolate "pepper" Cake

April 10th  Spring is in the air. Greek Yogurt is very popular. Join us for a review of recipes that use yogurt.  We will do a soup, salad, entree and make fresh frozen yogurt. menu to be announced soon! Registration $35. 6 pm start

  • Strawberry Yogurt Soup
  • Spinach Salad with lemon yogurt dressing
  • Greek Yogurt Chicken Breaded with Parmesan
  • Frozen Greek Yogurt

April 11th Couples Cooking our weekly class where couples come together in the Kitchen. On this Friday we will be preparing foods that are South Carolina Flavor. $80/couple 6:30 pm
  • Oyster Spinach and Brie Soup
  • Tomato Pie with Salad Greens
  • Roasted Pork Loin with Caramelized Onions/collards/rice/gravy
  • Cocoa Cola Chocolate Cake

April 18th Private Class 6:30 pm

April 22nd  It is Ladies' Night.  Join us for our monthly "Wild Women" Class.  Call up a friend or two and bring a bottle of wine to share. If you are by yourself , come and meet some new girlfriends. Registration $35  class starts at 6:15 pm  for this class we will be featuring products from "Provisions" a bulk foods and spice store located on Millwood Ave.
  • Soup with Natural Soup Greens
  • Salad greens with roasted chick peas and sun dried tomatoes
  • Grilled chicken with Grecian Dill Dip and Jasmine Rice
  • Semolina Cake with Blue Berry Lavender Sauce

April 25th Couples Class:  Italian Hands on Cooking 6:30 pm
Registration $80/couple
  • Italian Flat Bread
  • Pasta Fagiola "soup"
  • Celery and Tomato Salad
  • Spaghetti alla Carbonara (bacon and pepper)
  • Ricotta and lemon pie
