For class registration, please send us an e-mail and state the class you would like to attend. Include a cell number to act as your confirmation number. 

Registration Policy: We offer a honor system when signing up for classes. If for some reason you can not make a class, please allow us a 48-hour notice. All private classes require a $125 deposit to hold a date. 

Gift Certificates are available for classes.  If you are from out of town you can call the studio directly (803.348.5874) and we will be happy to put a certificate in the mail to you. Want to stop by the studio? We are open during all scheduled classes or simply call and let us know when you would like to stop in.

Concerned about the night's menu? Don't worry - your tray can be altered for special dietary needs or preferences. 
January 8th  Itailan Supper Demonstration Class. Join chef Militello for a great review of some Italian American Cuisine.  Bring a bottle of Chianti wine and sit back with your freinds.
Registration $40 and start time is 6:15 pm
  •  Italian Wedding Soup with turkey meatballs
  •  Cesar Salad
  •  Seafood  Linguini with Shrimp and  Clams
  • Almond Cheese Cake

January 9th Tapas Fridays.  After a week of work you need a break. Invite a friend or two to join you at Let's Cook Culinary for a fun evening while our chef reviews small tapas plates.  Please feel free to bring a bottle of wine to share with your friends. Registration $40 and start time is 6:30 pm

January 15 th  Restaurant Review of Past Restaurants.  In honor of restuarnt week we will review some menu items from some of the greater midlands restaurants that are no longer with us.  Bring back some memories from the past.  We encourage your input on the menu and we will do the research to find the recipes and share with you. Restaurnats to review:  The Elite Epicurean,The Market Restaurant,Cinnamon Hill, Columbia's and the Petit Chateau.  $45 registration and start time 6:15 pm.

January 16th  Couples Cooking Pasta Class.  Yes, our couples are back! Join us for a hands on class with you partner. Join up with a loved one or a friend and meet us at the studio for a evening of cooking.  After you prepare 3 to 4 items you will sit as a group and sample the fruits of your labor.  Registration $80/ couple  start time is 6:30 pm

January 19th -January 21st  North American Truffle and Hazelnut Dinner Tour ( call for a restaurant that is hosting near you)

January 20th  Wild Women Class.  The ladies are in the house and they have been known to get alittle wild?  Join our ladies night out class and pick up you best friends and some wine and head to the studio for a fun evening of education and friendship.  We will review 3 items for you to sample and feature a local business women who will share with you informaiton on their services for women. Registratin $35  Class starts at 6:15 pm

  • Carrot Ginger Soup
  • Turkey Piccata with Rice Pilaf
  • Lemon Ricotta Tort

January 23rd  Couples Cooking Class.  Spanish Paella.  Join us and explore spanish cuisine while making this classic dish.  We will have several ingredients that include seafood and land crawlers as well. To start the eveing will will make a custard flan and a grpefruit avocado salad.  Finsihing up with the star "Paella".  Paella is a mixute of rice, chicken, sausage and seafood. Registration $80/ Couple  start time is 6:30 pm.

January 27th  Do you enjoy fondue. If so you can try Raclette Cooking. Very similar and lots of fun!   You do the cutting and slicing then we sit down and do some table side cooking with itmes like , shrimp, beef, chicken and did we mention cheese????.  Also included are vegetables of sorts and nice mellow yellow baby potatoes.  Dessert is a grilled toasted poud cake with something nice to top. Registration $45 person and this is a participatin class.

January 30th Small Plate Italiano with Chef John Militello.  Chef will review 6 small plates that have an Italian inlfuence. Class registration is $40 and we will start at $6:30 pm

  • Arancini di Riso- mozzerella stuffed rice balls with marinara sauce
  • Stuffed Mushrooms with Sweet sausage and Parmesan Cheese
  • Chicken Caccitore
  • Baked Eggplant Rolls with Ricotta
  • Fruit di mare ( seafood )
  • Dessert Ravioli
