Registration Policy: We offer a honor system when signing up for classes. If for some reason you can not make a class, please allow us a 48-hour notice. All private classes require a $125 deposit to hold a date. 

Gift Certificates are available for classes.  If you are from out of town you can call the studio directly (803.348.5874) and we will be happy to put a certificate in the mail to you. Want to stop by the studio? We are open during all scheduled classes or simply call and let us know when you would like to stop in.

Concerned about the night's menu? Don't worry - your tray can be altered for special dietary needs or preferences. 

September 2015 Class Schedule

September 4th  Tapas Friday Class  Registration $40/ person 6:30 pm start

  • Herb Flat Bread
  • Manchego, Sausage and Peppers
  • Avocado and Grape Fruit ensalada
  • "Gambas" Spicy Sprimp with chili, tomato and bacon
  • Moorish Kebob seasoned with cumin
  • Sopapilla with Local SC Honey

September 10th American Italian Supper Class with demonstrations by chef John Militello. Registration $35 start time 6:15 pm

  • Pasta Fagiole
  • Panzanella Salad
  • Baked Manicotti with Sausage and Cheese
  • Tirimisu Martini

September 11th  Couples Cooking French. Join your spouse or a friend for a fun evening of cooking and learning. Please feel free to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy duiring class. Registration is $85/couple and start time is 6:30 pm.

  • Leek and Goat Cheese Tart
  • Coq au vin " Chicken in Red Wine"
  • Apple Tart Tatin

September 15th Wild Women.  Join us for Ladies Night. We will be running a 2 for 1 special if you prebook before September 1st. Registration is $45, but if you book it early with a friend you will earn the discount. Please, no groups more than 6. ( we have a hard time when large groups attend our public classes. The class becomes very noisy and others that want to listen can not hear.)  please note if you have a special group of 10 or more you can book a private class.

September 17th  Making Neapolitan Pizza with Professional Pizza Maker Rick Marzan of Tre Bambini Antica Mobile Pizzeria. Join Rick and learn to make authentic pizza crust. This class is limited to the first 12 to sign up.  Registration $50 dollars. This class has been cancelled. We will rebook around the Holidays.

September 18th Private Group

September 21st " Let's Cook on the Road" We are visiting the Broad Street Market  in Camden South Carlina where we will be offering monthly cooking classes. Join Chef Militello as he reviews 3 recipes in front of you. Please feel free to bring a bottle of wine. Water will be provided and we will have wine classes as well.  Registeration $50 per person. Start time is 6:15 pm.  Pre-registration is required for this class. You can contact Broad Street Market at 803.425.8858 menu to be annouced soon!

September 22nd  Special Class 2 for 1.  Here is your chance to try Let's Cook for 1/2 the price if you bring someone with you to class.  You must bring someone with you to partake in the discount. Chef Militello will demonstrate some of his favorite Asian Influenced dishes.  Registration $45.

September 23rd Private Class

September 25th  Small Plate Italian.  Join us as we explore six small plates that are not so small. Great! Just sit  back and relax as the chefs review the recipes. We will do the cooking! You can bring some friends and wine.  Start the weekend right. Registration $40 Start time: 6:30 pm
