Contemporary Dining with a Twist

Soe Cafe strives to deliver a superior dining experience to our guests. The decidedly northern ambiance is at once refined and elegant yet does not estrange the casual diner. Our objective is to deliver an excellent experience to every guest, every time and to be a main attraction to the Sawyer area.

We fulfill this vision by providing exquisite cuisine and service. Our menus, designed by Executive Chef Charles E. Loring Sr., present a wide array of styles, techniques and flavors to delight every palate. Our chef creates remarkable dishes using choice cuts of meat, the freshest seafood and finest products available. Global influences are fused with local ingredients and crisp, clean cooking techniques to create a myriad of flavors, textures and stunning visual presentations. Featured menus are printed in house daily to employ the freshest possible product.

Soe Cafe also boasts a superbly selected wine list. Our management staff is well versed on food and wine pairing and is always available to make suggestions or recommendations for guests.

We recognize that outstanding service is our key to success. We strive for excellence in service by utilizing an extensive and ongoing training program and by hiring staff that is intuitive and has a positive attitude as well as being friendly and efficient. This allows us to provide a flexible and personalized service to individual guests as their taste dictates.

We offer outside dining on our screened in patio and a full service bar in addition to our main dining room. A private dining experience is available as-well. Personal Chefs are also available with 24-48 hour notice. Professionally trained and certified by the National Restaurant Association.
