As the design of the X-38 evolved, the desktop models changed. This version depicts what would have been the second X-38, referred to as V-132. It bears a label from Pacific Aircraft and was purchased in early 2007. Fuselage length is just over 12 inches. This is not a true factory model, unless it turns out to have been commissioned by NASA.
