A factory model made in Northrop's shop. The nameplate reads "Laminar Flow
Control Demonstration Airplane / Northrop Corporation." Acquired through the graciousness of Bob Kelly after years
of pestering him. Northrop's model shop made a variety of X-21A scales and liveries; mine has a wingpsan just over 12" and
carries USAF markings. Note the clouds seemingly reflected in the cockpit windows: each Northrop model maker develops a unique
style as an individual hallmark.
