Northrop Grumman designed the X-47B as part of DARPA's J-UCAS
program. NG commissioned Dimensional Technologies to make individual 1/60 scale models of both the Navy and Air Force variants;
wingspan is 12". Using the Dimensional models, a program manager at Northrop additionally made a small number of
this variant, combining both versions on one stand. This model arrived in August 2004 though the courtesy of Doug Fronius,
who is closely associated with the Firescout program at NG.
