This model was made by Penwal industries (Jerry PENnington and WALter Hyatt) in Chino, CA for Rocketdyne as a notional representation of the proposed hypersonic National Aerospace Plane. It's part of my X-Plane collection because its design would have derived from the X-30 technology demonstrator. The base reads simply "NASP ROCKETDYNE." Length of the model is 13."
