erelia is a latin word meaning "of the spring." It comes from the agricultural goddess Ceres. Ancient Romans celebrated her feast day with a huge spread made up of flowers and foods from the first harvest. Her feast day is April 10th, which isn't too far off from my birthday. Ceres was believed to have created wheat, which explains the graphic on this page.
