What We Offer
About Us

Many people like to know about the farm and the people taking care of the horses. Here is a little about ourselves and what we have to offer.

Our "Farm" Philosophy

Our goal is to provide a safe and pleasant experience for you and your horse. If you are looking for your first horse we know this a big step and are here to help make that special connection. We pride ourselves on not a large customer base but rather a small family of repeat customers. We believe that speaks for itself. The atomphere is relaxed and geared more towards the plasure rider.  We hope you will enjoy visiting our web site!

Our Employees

Employees play an important role in any business. At Cedar View Farm we hesitate to call anyone here an "employee". Everyone is really a member of the family who loves horses and really doesn't have a job but just another day doing what they love!
The farm is owned by Lisamarie & Philip Franchella. Phil does the hay making with his "collection" of equipment and is gearing up for the new season. He is also a mechanic so he maintains the farm equipment as well as the trucks and trailers. He also trail rides and loves a fun Western horse! Although, he always has a soft spot for a new draft horse.
Lisamarie rides English and also enjoys trail riding. She has been involved with horses since age 6. She is a CHA certified riding instructor for Western (Level 1) and English (Level 3).  She has ridden since age 6 and began finding safe mounts for local camps 10 years ago and found it was a niche she truly enjoyed. Thus, we now specialize in safe family type horses for all ages.

The hauling is done by Mike who is Lisamarie's brother. He has gone great distances to pickup and deliver just the right horse. He is happy to do short trips or long and available on short notice or emergency basis as well.

We take pride in our farm and our horses and hope the website has shown you just a touch of what we have to offer. Please feel free to call and speak to anyone of us regarding your specific questions.

Miss "B" for BIG is here! After months of restoration the "new" (to us!) tractor is ready to make her debut. She'll be ready just in time for snow removal and plowing the fields.
