After
removing the neck, the entire side is stripped off the kerfing,
and new reinforcing struts are inlaid into the kerfing.

The new side is bent based on a template made from the undamaged
side.

After bending and fitting, the side is glued on and the guitar
placed into a mold made from the exact profile-this ensures
exact fit.
