Duck Jerky Outdoors is all about fishing and hunting! Whether we are shooting jigs under boat docks for crappie, going vertical for slabs over brush, chasing sandbass and hybrids off the humps out in open water, or driving across the state for that duck hunt of a lifetime ... it's all a part of the great outdoors!

Crappie Fishing...
One of the best tasting freshwater fish we have available. These fish can be caught on brushpiles, shooting jigs under boat docks, on bridge columns, and just about anywhere else you can imagine.

All of my crappie equipment is from the B'n'M Pole Company. They offer excellent products to meet your panfishing needs, and have been doing so for over 60 years.

Sandbass Fishing...
These schooling fish provide great action, and can be caught in a number of ways: bouncing slabs off the bottom, various baits across the surface, and trolling baits at suspended depths.

The boat you will be fishing from is an Alumacraft Magnum 165CS...with a 75HP Mariner engine.

This boat will comfortably fish 3 people, and it's deep-v construction keeps you dry and comfortable all day.

Larger parties can be accommodated with advance notice.
