Carol Fey, a graduate of Ohio State University
Law School, has practiced law for more than 20 years, and focuses her practice on legal matters facing families in Central
Ohio. Carol is Certified as a Specialist in Ohio Family Relations Law.
Carol works with clients who face DIVORCE or DISSOLUTION,
who are working out PARENTING ISSUES ... or need help with REAL ESTATE, DRAFTING WILLS, and other personal planning.
Carol works with couples and single parents to
establish a legal groundwork for their families of choice and to provide quality advice and assistance when those families
face loss or part ways.
Service to families, whether traditional or non-traditional,
is the major focus of Carol's work. Carol has pioneered legal planning for non-married couples in Ohio, particularly
couples with children, including gay, lesbian and trans-gendered people. She is often invited to speak to professional
and community organizations on the legal issues unique to non-traditional families.
