Life should be lived to the fullest and with no regrets. Life-long
learning insures vitality as well as mental health.
I have an interest in the stock market, contemplate films and watch
movies. I study longevity as it relates to health and calculated
risk assessment. As a daughter and a mother,
I understand the
demands of everyday life."

Dr.
Shansky holds both M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in psychology from I.I.T. and
has been licensed in Illinois since 1976. Her work as a
