        "People tend to regret what they haven't done rather than what they have.  Life should be lived to the fullest and with no regrets. Life-long learning insures vitality as well as mental health.

Dr. Shansky holds both M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in psychology from I.I.T. and has been licensed in Illinois since 1976.  Her work as a psychologist includes:
