Large Mortar & Pestle Set $15
Small Mortar & Pestle Set $10
Extra Long Spoon $6
All other wood utensils $5 each
(Can you spot the left handed spatula in this photo?)
These fine grained, hardwood cooking utensils are made from the wood of the apricot tree. They are perfect for
kitchen use because they will not conduct heat when left in a hot pan, will not scratch teflon cooking surfaces, and will
not melt under extreme heat.

| Hand carving cookie molds with a mallet and chisel |

|
| Every design is unique. |
Place the cookie dough inside the mold, rap on a wood chopping block, and place the dough on a cookie sheet. When
the baked cookies are cool, dust with powdered sugar to highlight the design.
| Squash Corers |

|
| For making stuffed squash |
The two odd looking tools in the photo on the left are squash corers, used to hollow yellow squash or zuchinni.
The squash is then stuffed with a rice and meat mixture and cooked until tender inside. These kitchen gadgets are extremely
hard to find and a real bargain at $4 each. The recipe is included.
