IMPROVED WINTERIZED BUILDINGS:
Effective 01/01/06, the deposit for rental of any improved building shall be
$15 times the estimated number of persons expected to attend (minimums do apply
so if less than the minimum number is expected, the deposit would be $15 times
the required minimum number)
CLIFF HAVEN:
Deposit is first night flat fee (presently $70)
LAMBEC - RUSTIC CABINS:
Effective 01/01/06, the deposit for rental of any rustic cabin shall be $10
times the estimated number of persons expected to attend (minimums do apply
so if less than the minimum number is expected, the deposit would be $10 times
the required minimum number per cabin reserved)
WESTMINSTER HIGHLANDS -
RUSTIC CABINS & ADIRONDAK HUTS:
Effective 01/01/06, the deposit for rental of any rustic cabin or Adirondak
hut shall be $5 times the estimated number of persons expected to attend.
TENT AND RV CAMPERS:
No deposits are required for tent or RV campers
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
DEPOSITS ARE TRANSFERABLE ONLY IF CANCELLATION IS MADE AT LEAST TWO MONTHS PRIOR TO THE RESERVATION DATE AND THE SPACE IS RE-RENTED TO ANOTHER GROUP.
