Unfortunately, the Rye Courtyard is now sold out. You can try the Rye Town Hilton or
any other local hotel.

I was able to secure 25 rooms for Friday and Saturday night at the Group rate of $109 per night (plus
tax) at the Rye Marriott Courtyard on Midland Avenue.
If you need a hotel room for that weekend (1 or 2 nights) you should call now to reserve in
your name. Your credit card will not be charged until check-in.
The payment for the room is your responsibility, and is not included in the per person charge you
will be paying for the actual reunion at the Coveleigh Club.
There is no risk that the rooms will be sold out from under us, unless we go past September 18th without booking them.
If we require more than 25 rooms Friday and/or Saturday, I can notify the hotel, and I will check with them as requested in
the communication from the Marriott below.
Instructions on what you should do now if you require a room:
All
guests should call (800) 266-1953 and ask for the Rye High School Room Block.
The last day guest can book at the discounted rate will be September
18th , 2009 after this date the rooms left in our block will be released to the general reservation system.
Again, calling the hotel and reserving
your room is your responsibility. You should call now to reserve a room in your name. You will not be charged
until check-in.
