All
cancellations will be assessed the $35 registration fee. The balance received by presbytery at the time of cancellation will be refunded to the family or credited to the church. |

Refunds
will be made up to the end of presbytery office hours (5:00pm)
on the Friday prior to the start of the particular camp. Refunds will not be given in the case of "No Shows," campers who go home early for any reason such as disciplinary action, home-sickness, vacation, sports activities, etc. |
