All of our homes are constructed to the highest standards of building. You get the stability of a concrete
block home with our high grade, steel reinforced solid concrete foundation, and all the warmth and comfort of a
stick-built home.
Our homes have been designed to be "flood safe" not only for the 8 foot solid concrete columns, but our slab grade
starts at 2.5 feet above the crest of the road. We like to think of it as the house on the hill.
