A Lockheed L-1011 Tristar testbed with a Pegasus rocket under it
The Pegasus rocket just launched from the L-1011. The Pegasus rocket is similar to the Tomahawk cruise missile and can be used to launch small satellites from aircraft into low Earth Orbit. Thanks to Losman for providing me with this information.
