UPDATE 5-17-09

As one may surmise by the lack of updates, life has gotten in the way and I simply haven't had time to do anything on this site in a very long time. I haven't forgotten about it, but I simply haven't had time to do much of anything. However, I want to announce that this site is moving. The new URL is www.dieselwarden.net. Some parts of this site have already been moved, although many of the links on the new site do not yet work. This domain on Earthlink will be expiring in the near future, so if anyone is still visiting this site, plese update your bookmarks. I will try to complete the transition in short order, although due to time constraints, I cannot promise success. Unfortunately, the new server requires some different HTML coding, so I can't simply copy everything from this site to the new server. I have to go in and edit every bit of it, and this is rather time-consuming. As mentioned in the previous update (dating all the way back to 2004), I am reformatting the site, adding sections, and eliminating sections. For example, the Flight Simulator section (which is so badly oudated that it's completely pointless now) will be permanently removed. Thank you for your patience, and again, please chnge your bookmarks.

UPDATE 3-27-04

I've come to a decision. If my memory is serving me correctly, this page was created sometime around 1996, with things being added on in the meantime up through about 2000. It's amazing that the page is still up at all :) although some things are so outdated that it's simply pathetic. For instance, my hit counters were from a company that apparently no longer exists. The formatting of the page is sadly outdated, some of the information's old, some links (both within and outside the page) go nowhere, and even a minor clean-up will not be enough at this point. So, I plan to completely re-format this webpage. Unless a demand's shown, I may eliminate the Flight Simulator section altogether (given how out-of-date that part is {every file there was meant for a program that's now obsolete}, I'm guessing it won't be missed). I will probably re-do the picture section to add more pictures and make the format for the other parts similar to the Scout picture page. Time willing, I hope to add a diesel technical section. The sections themselves will probably be re-organized as well.

Unfortunately, because I've been extremely busy with college and with my new position on my Scout ship, these changes will probably not happen in the immediate future. I will work on it as time allows, but I highly doubt that anything will be ready to upload before summer. I apologize for this, and will make my best effort to re-make this page so that it's more user-friendly and is more usable to people out there. So, keep an eye out! It may take a while, but some exciting things'll be happening here.
