¡Hola amigos y bienvenidos a mi sitio web! Espero que tu lo encuentre interesar y informativo.
¿Porque Colombia? Three reasons: After a bunch of Gabriel García Márquez novels I was curious about the birthplace of magical realism. Then I started listening to salsa music during a winter commute and found myself day dreaming of a warmer climate. Finally, I wanted to learn Spanish and Colombians supposedly speak the best Castellano in Latin America.
In early 2002 I began researching Colombia on the internet. There were not a lot of English-language sites so when I came across a keeper I added it to my list; eventually the list morphed into a website.
Yes, Colombia has deep problems and traveling there is not for everyone. However, I've made several trips and found it to be a beautiful country with incredible variety and very friendly people. I'll be going again!
