This was a randomized trial of Donepezil (Aricept, Eisai/Pfizer) in patients with cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts
and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL).
CTWHH was honored to have been contacted by Eisai/Pfizer to recruit patients for this study. We notified patients to directly contact a researcher
to participate in the study. No personal information was shared as we respect your privacy.
Thank you to everyone who was screened and participated in the study. Over 255 patients were screened worldwide to participate in the study;
approximately 168 patients have completed the study. We want to personally want to thank the Eisai and Parexel Companies, the doctors
as well as the researchers for their dedication and hard work.
