How important is it to sign CADASIL Registry?

CADASIL is a rare condition. A registry is a database (collection of information) to which people with this rare condition from around the world can contribute their information.  Information gathered in such a way adds significantly to medical research.

As a Registry participant, you will be kept informed with the up-to-date information on CADASIL by receiving e-mail alerts and newsletter.  During the registry if you provide you mailing address we will be glad to send you a welcome packet which includes literature on CADASIL, emergency card, etc.

Our non-profit organization is the only one which holds the most comprehensive registry of affected individuals and families with CADASIL. Every number counts.....  If you or someone in your family has CADASIL, please sign our registry and make your numbers known.

All information provided to us is kept strictly confidential!

Please if you have more than one family member with CADASIL, complete each form separate.   This will assist us and researchers.
