D- DONATE TO BEAUVOIR : We have a goal of collecting $200 in honor of President
Davis' 200th Birthday. The money raised will go toward restoring the Davis' family skiff. Sell rose bushes to be placed in
the Varina and Winnie Davis' rose garden.

well as collect money to purchase pre-paid phone cards for active duty personell.

"Idlewild" was built in 1859 in Fredericksburg, VA by William and Mary Ann Dowman. The home was used as headquarters
for General Robert E. Lee on the last night of Chancellorsville. In addition Fitzhugh Lee used it as his winter encampment.
This is a well documented historical site and is in danger of being demolished and developed. We are collecting donations
for the SAVE IDLEWILD foundation as well as selling bricks that may be used as part of a memory garden after the restoration.
Please contact us for information on donations and/or purchasing a brick. The bricks may be engraved with your ancestor's
name, co, unit, state; your family name; even your company name and logo.
