Master William Tanner came to us with all smiles and he hasn't stopped yet. He is truly the happiest child I have ever seen. He is being well looked after by his sissy who thinks he is hers. Tanner is like Curious George wanting to see everything. His favorite pastime by far is kicking the soccer ball...and kicking....and kicking....
