S.E.I.'s owner, Bruce Spiegel, is a past president of the Universal City North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and has been involved with festivals and events in the NoHo area for 2 decades, including Co-Executive producing the very successful May 2005-2006 NoHo Theatre & Arts Festivals attracting nearly 70,000.  After 14 years, The NoHo Theatre & Arts Festival was discontinued by the UCNH Chamber of Commerce. S.E.I. has provided entertainment for events by the Businesss Improvement Districts of Sherman Oaks & Santa Monica as well as METRO, Kiwanas & Rotary Clubs and major venues in Southern California.
