I started (Atkins) in October of 2002, and so far I've lost 65lbs. I'm trying to lose another 40lbs, so I am still working on it. I slip off occasionally, but, for the most part, it's not too difficult to stick with it. I definitely feel better - and I get compliments, now my clothes fit me better! |
